Report of the Medical Officer of Health.
In 12 cases the defendants relied on a warranty, and in each
case the Magistrate was satisfied that the milk sold was in the same
condition as received, and therefore dismissed the summonses.
CREAM AND PRESERVED CREAM.
Nine samples of cream and four of preserved cream were taken
during the year. One or in per cent, of the samples of cream
were reported against as containing a preservative.
