329 of the deaths were due to Pulmonary Tuberculosis, 57
to Tuberculous disease of the Brain and 48 to other forms of Tuberculous
diseases.
The number of deaths from Pulmonary Tuberculosis and other
Tuberculous diseases and the rates per 1,000 for the whole Borough
and for the separate sub-districts are shown in the next Table.
The corrected death rate from Pulmonary Tuberculosis was
.99 per 1,000 compared with .93 in 1914, .88 in 1913, and .96 in 1912;
from other Tuberculous diseases .31 compared with .25, .20, and
.20; and from all Tuberculous diseases 1.30 compared with 1.19,
1.08 and 1.16.

From all Tuberculous diseases the rates per 1,000 were higher
in all the sub-districts than in 1914.
With regard to Pulmonary Tuberculosis, the rate for Wandsworth
was below, and the rates for Clapham, Putney, Streatham,
and Tooting above last year's rates.
