The highest case-rate was in Tooting, and the lowest in
Streatham.
The case-rate for the Borough is .4 under that for the whole
of London, and the death-rate is .03 per 1,000 lower.
The death-rate per 1,000 in the Borough was .12 compared
with .06 in 1913, 06 in 1912, and .11 in 1911, and .11 the decennial
average.
