Classification and Treatment of Tuberculous Cases
Table LXXVIII. shows the tuberculous cases classified
according to the site of the lesion.
Of the 379 cases, 329 had Pulmonary Tuberculosis, and 50
Tuberculosis of some other part of the body. 36 of the latter were
under the age of 15.
It is well recognised that the non-pulmonary forms of Tuberculosis
are commoner in children and the pulmonary form in adults.
Both these facts are brought in in this Table as they were in the
corresponding Table last year.
