Discharges are made on Form D, and of these 299 were received
during the year.
Of the 299 certificates, 63 were received from Superintending
Officers of the Wandsworth Union, 63 from Downs Sanatorium,
Sutton, 50 from the Brompton Hospital, 43 from the Northern
Hospital, Winchmore Hill, N. 13 from Queen Mary's Hospital,
Carshalton, 12 from Brompton Sanatorium, Frimley, six each from
the National Sanatorium, Benenden, and the Royal National Sanatorium,
Bournemouth, four from Fairlight Sanatorium, Hastings,
four from the Mount Vernon Hospital, Hampstead, four from
St. Mary's Home, Broadstairs, three from Eversfield Chest Hospital,
three from Kelling Sanatorium, three from Pinewood Sanatorium,
Wokingham, three from Lord Mayor Treloar's Cripple Hospital,
Alton, two from the Croydon Infirmary, two from Making's Farm
Sanatorium, two from Victoria Park Hospital, Hither Green, and one
each from the City of London Chest Hospital, Crookbury Sanatorium,
Isleworth Infirmary, Fulham Infirmary East Cliff House,
Margate, Hahnemann Convalescent Home, Bournemouth, Joyce
Green Hospital, Ipswich Sanatorium, Royal Chest Hospital, Royal
Sea Bathing Hospital, Margate, St. Michael's Home Axbridge,
Southwark Infirmary and the Workhouse, Minster, Nr. Ramsgate.
Of the 63 certificates received from Superintending officers of
the Wandsworth Union, 39 were from St. James's Infirmary, Upper
Tooting, 16 from St. John's Hill Infirmary and eight from Tooting
Home.
The 299 certificates received related to 277 cases, 20 having been
notified twice and two cases three times.
61 cases were notified as having gone to addresses in Clapham,
13 to Putney, 83 to Streatham, 38 to Tooting, and 104 to Wandsworth.
One case in Wandsworth was discharged to a Common
Lodging House.
