Report of the Medical Officer of Health.
The next Table shows the number of premises disinfected
after Measles in each sub-district for each month of the year.
The total number of premises disinfected was 372 (122 in
Clapham, 25 in Putney, 137 in Streatham, 30 in Tooting, and
58 in Wandsworth), compared with 1,454 in 1913, 1,006 in 1912,
and 2,638 in 1911.
The greatest number of disinfections was carried out in May,
this being due to the greater prevalence of the disease in Streatham.
The greatest number of cases occurred in February, March, April,
May and June. In the other months of the year the number of
disinfections was small as there were very few cases in any part of
the Borough.
