Report of the Medical Officer of Health.
In Public Institutions within the Borough one case of Scarlet
Fever and one of Ophthalmia Neonatorum were notified from the
Workhouse; three cases of Enteric Fever from H.M. Prison; two
cases of Enteric Fever from the Middlesex County Asylum; one
case of Scarlet Fever and four of Diphtheria from the Putney
Hospital; one case of Scarlet Fever from the Fountain Asylum;
and 32 cases of Scarlet Fever and 23 cases of Diphtheria from the
Fever Hospital.
The following Table shows the number of notifications received
from Institutions outside the Borough.
