In Table IV. of the Local Government Board's Tables these
deaths are shown for the whole Borough at certain groups of ages,
and the Tables for the separate sub-districts are included in the
Appendix.
The total number of births was 6,838, of which 6,555 were
legitimate and 283 illegitimate, and of deaths 605, of which 544
were legitimate and 61 illegitimate.
From the notifiable infective diseases two deaths occurred
during the year, one from Scarlet Fever in Wandsworth, and
one from Diphtheria in Putney.
