Table XVIII. is the general mortality Table for the whole
district, corrected for internal and external Institutions, and also
includes all deaths occurring in other places in London during the
year, and in England and Wales for three quarters of the year.
This Table differs to some extent from the Tables in previous
Reports in that the causes of death are differently arranged, and are
given more in detail. The age grouping has also been altered to
correspond with the Tables used by the Registrar General.
