Do not suggest contract, present arrangements to continue..........A saving of £177 :18 : 0 has been made since December, 1910, owing to a reduction in the price of gas of 1d. per 1,000 c. feet, and of £108 :14 : 4 owing to the lighting hours being reduced from 4,300 to 4,200 per annum.— Total £286 :12 : 4.That the existing arrangements be continued for the present.
