96 discharge certificates were received, 85 on Form C from
Superintending Officers and 11 on Form D from Relieving
Officers.
Of the 96 certificates, 77 were received from Superintending
Officers in the Wandsworth Union, and 13 in other Unions, two
from Children's Infirmary, Carshalton, and one each from Rochford,
Isleworth, Willesden, Southwark, St. Pancras, and Gore
Farm Hospital.
Of the 77 certificates from Superintending Officers in the
Wandsworth Union, 63 were received from the Union Infirmary
and 14 from the Tooting Home.
The 96 certificates received related to 86 cases, two cases
having been notified three times and six cases twice.
