COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL OF HOUSE REFUSE.
The whole of the House Refuse in the Borough is collected
and disposed of by contract, with the exception of a portion from the
Balham, Streatham, and Tooting Wards, which is disposed of at the
Destructor.
