and four fat abstracted. In each succeeding- year the proportion
of cases where fat had been abstracted shows an increase.
I am also able to report that the Inspector who was appointed
to carry out this work during the year has done so in a very
satisfactory manner.
I have also much pleasure in reporting that the rest of the
staff, both clerical and inspectorial, have performed their duties
to my entire satisfaction.
