A Sub-Committee of twelve members was formed, constituted'

Jackson, Lieut. Sanders, R.N., Rev. J. Cooney, Mr. G. J. Fowle,
Mr. T. Jones, Miss M. H. Pollock, and the Chairman and Members
of the Central Body, ex-officio; the duties being to enquire and
report as to the condition of labour, to consider and classify the
Record Papers when completed.
