I have examined the Accounts of the Weir Hospital Charity for the year ended December 31st, 1909, with the books and vouchers of
the Charity, and with the Certificates affecting the cash at Bank and the investments, and I certify the Accounts to be in agreement therewith.
The Dividends received from the Investments held by the Official Trustees of Charitable Funds have all been brought into the Accounts of
the Charity. In my opinion the Balance Sheet is properly drawn up so as to exhibit a true and correct view of the state of the Charity's
affairs according to the information given to me, and as shown by the books of the Charity. The investments as set out correctly represent
the Capital of the Trust Funds.
