Report of the Medical Officer of Health.
In Streatham, owing to a change in the social constitution of
the population this rate is higherer than it has been since 1904, but
it is the same as the decennial average.
Three deaths from Tubercular disease of the Lungs occurred
in infants under one year, two in persons from one to five years,
four from five to 15 years, 55 from 15 to 25 years, 195 from 25
to 65 years, and 14 over 65 years. From other Tubercular diseases
23 deaths occurred under one year, 44 from one to five years, 15
from five to 15 years, eight from 15 to 25 years, 16 from 25 to 65
years, and three over 65 years.
The list which follows shows the occupations of those who
died from Tubercular disease of the Lungs during the year.
