PRECEPTS OF LONDON COUNTY COUNCIL.

171. The following are the amounts of the precepts of the London County Council paid by the Borough during the last six years, viz.:—

1901-2£95,192 9s. 0d. = 15d. in the £ on assessable value.
1902-3£101,697 19s. 6d. = 15½d. „ „
1903-4£114,021 19s. 10d.= 16¾d. „ „

(The foregoing rates are based upon the full assessable value. If
empty houses, rates irrecoverable, and cost of collection are taken into
account at least 1d. in the £ per annum should be added to arrive at the
rate actually paid.)
