FOR THE YEAR 1905.
To the Mayor, Aldermen and Councillors of the
Metropolitan Borough of Wandsworth.
Sir and Gentlemen,
I have the honour to present the Annual Report of the health and
sanitary condition of the Borough for the year 1905.
Population.
The population of the Borough for the year, estimated according
to the methods adopted by the Registrar General was, including public
institutions, 284,710, compared with 269,583 in 1904, an increase of
15,127.

Table I. shows the population of each sub-district, corrected and uncorrected, as well as that for the whole Borough.
