Where the quantity removed does not exceed three tins per
week.—One shilling.
Where the quantity exceeds three and does not exceed six tins
per week.—Two shillings.
Where the quantity exceeds six and does not exceed nine tins per
week.—Three shillings.
Where the quantity exceeds nine and does not exceed twelve tins
per week.—Four shillings.
Any greater quantity than twelve tins to be charged for at the
same rate.
Yours obediently,
HENRY GEORGE HILLS,
Town Clerk.
REVENUE ACT, 1903
During the year 29 certificates were granted under the above Act,
one certificate was deferred and one refused.
The certificates granted referred to 962 separate tenements.
One certificate was refused as I was of opinion that separate
sanitary arrangements had not been provided for each family.
