Libraries. The Sub-Committee greatly regret that the funds at
present at their disposal prevent them developing the libraries in this
direction. They would. however. be glad to receive donations of
either money or suitable books for the purpose of establishing
efficient Reference Departments. and for the further extension of the
Lending Libraries.
