11.—That the Borough of Wandsworth would be entitled:—
On the basis of area to 12 55 Members of the County Council.
On the basis of population to 4 53 Members of the County
Council.
On the basis of Rateable Value to 3^93 Members of the County
Council.
On the basis of number of Electors to 4^96 Members of the
County Council.
On the basis of number of Inhabited Houses to 5-88 Members
of the County Council.
(In the foregoing statistics the City of London is excluded.)
12.—That extensive building operations are going on and new
roads are being laid out in all parts of the Borough, and that
the increase in Population, Inhabited Houses, Parochial
Electors, and Rateable Value will in all probability increase
in the future as rapidly as they have done in the past.

13.—That your Memorialists beg to call attention to the following statement, showing tlve difference between the representation of the Parliamentary Borough of Wandsworth and certain other Boroughs.
