Avenue.Tooting common.
Arrangements have been made with the
London County Council for this Council to
take over the Avenue, which is an easy communication
between Tooting Bee Road and Balham High Eoad as a
parish road. The Council are executing the necessaryroad works.
streaham High Road
In connection with the erection of new shops
on the west side between the Parish Church
and the Streatham High School for Girls a strip of land in
front has been given up to widen the road, and the
Council have executed paving works at a cost up to
the present of £75 8s. lOd.
Paving works.
The following special paving works have been
carried out during the year, viz. :—
