Assessment
Committee
The Council being of opinion that there
should be an Assessment Committee for
the Borough appointed by the Council, as is the case
in other Metropolitan Boroughs where the Borough is
conterminous with the Poor Law Union, requested the
Local Government Board to take steps for the
division of the Wandsworth and Clapham Union, with
the view of the appointment of such Committee by the
Council in accordance with the Memorial presented
to such Board by the Wandsworth District Board
referred to in the last Annual Report of the District
Board.
