Parish of Clapham.
my sense of the courtesy and kindness with which I have
always been treated by all the members of the late Board
of Works, and especially by the members of the Clapham
Local Committee of the Board.
My thanks are also due to my colleague, the Surveyor
for Clapham, who has always given me ready help, and to
