At their first meeting this Committee elected the
Rev. W. Reed, M. A., as Chairman.
The fans at the Branch were replaced by and at the
expense of the Electric Light Company, owing to an
alteration in the periodicity of the current.
The Surveyor recommended that work amounting
to £353 10s. should be executed at West Hill Library.
The statistics and list of donors for the year ended
31st March, 1901, are appended.
