occurrence of evils which it is intended to prevent, and
more importantly is capable of preventing.
I am glad to again testify to the satisfactory manner
in which the sanitary inspectors have performed their
respective duties, and especially to that of Chief
Inspector Crane whom I consider a most able and zealous
officer.
