I have to thank Mr. Barber, the Surveyor, for his
ready assistance in all matters relating to the sanitary
state of the district. His long experience and ripe
judgment render his co- operation very valuable.
Mr. Phimister, the Inspector of Nuisances, is a very
active and zealous officer. He carries out his onerous
and responsible duties in a very efficient manner.
Mr. Jones, the Assistant Inspector, performs his duties
in a very satisfactory manner.
