To the Board of Works for the Wandsworth District.
Gentlemen,
Herein is contained the usual Annual Sanitary
Report relating as well to the entire Wandsworth District,
as to the several Parishes of which such District is composed.
A series of these Reports, extending over a period of
eighteen years, supply a large body of statistics of no
mean value, in assisting to determine, from time to time,
the Health and Sanitary Condition of the extensive area
over which your Board exercises jurisdiction, and it again
becomes our duty to add to the same our experiences of
another year.
