To the Board of Works for the Wandsworth District.
Gentlemen,
We have the honor to submit the Seventeenth
Annual Report on the Health and Sanitary Condition of
the several parishes comprised in the Wandsworth District.
The statistical information being tabulated on the same
forms as heretofore, the Report, it is believed, will offer,
by comparison, most decided indications of sanitary
progress, upon which we think the ratepayers of the
District may be very fairly congratulated.
