I need hardly say that all premises requiring to be
licensed for the slaughtering of cattle, and the keeping of
cows underwent the usual examination, and were favourably
reported on to the Board, and by the Board to the
Licensing Magistrates.
I trust the same energy that has hitherto characterized
the proceedings of all concerned in carrying out the
behests of the Legislature in respect to sanitation will be
continued (as I have no doubt it will be), and that to the
manifest advantage of this fast increasing suburb.
D. C. NOËL,
Medical Officer of Health for
Streatham, Tooting, and Balham.
