appears to have been left undone in the way of sanitation
that could by any possibility contribute to the health and
physical welfare of the inhabitants; and I cannot avoid

to none within the metropolitan area.
D. C. NOEL,
Medical Officer of Health for Streatham, Tooting and Balham.
