[Report of the Medical Officer of Health for Wandsworth District, The Board of Works (Clapham, Putney, Streatham, Tooting & Wandsworth)]

water supply of a district, and the necessity of preserving and publishing
for the convenience of comparison, correct local records of the fluctuations
of sickness and mortality - and they confidently appeal to the
Board to revoke its decision with respect to the publication of the
quarterly statistical tables and summaries relating to this district, by
which publication they hope not only to carry out more effectually the
recommendations above referred to, but to secure for themselves a more
efficient co-operation with the Board of Health, the Registrar General,
and their fellow labourers in the other districts of the Metropolis.
