Staff, that prompt action will always be taken upon recommendations
having for their object the amelioration of the sanitary condition of the
poor, »ince they are convinced that in proportion as sickness and mortality
is diminished amongst that class of the community, will prosperity
accrue to the district, and the best and highest interest of every
individual resident be promoted.
