Adulterated Samples
Chocolate Liqueurs
The Public Analyst reported that these samples, which were labelled
"Whiskey - Full Strength" and "Brandy - Full Strength" contained only
15% proof spirit and that the description was misleading. The matter
was referred to the suppliers who were already arranging for the
description on the labels to be "Genuine Chocolate Liquers" only.
