Immunisation campaign, which in my opinion, has been the main contributory
factor in thia change.
I have again to express thanks for the support and encouragement which
I have received from the Mayor, Councillors and members of the various
Committees and all members of the Council, and to the staff of the Public
Health Department, who have loyally and efficiently carried out their Civil
Defence duties in addition to the routine work of the Department.
