Instruction Classes for mothers conducted by the Health
Visitors, held weekly, are popular and a most useful means of
educating mothers in the principles of mothercraft.
Convalescent Home Treatment for Children under Five
Years of Age.—During the year grants in aid of Convalescent
Home treatment were made in respect of 5 children.
The Council's grant amounted to £11 11s. 7d.
Payment is only made in respect of children sent to Homes
approved by the Medical Officer of Health.
