The 74 samples of Milk taken during 1926 were tested for
chemical preservatives and thickening agents, and the result was
negative in every case.
THE PUBLIC HEALTH (CONDENSED AND DRIED MILK)
REGULATIONS.
One sample of Dried Milk and one of Condensed Milk were
purchased and tested, and both were found to comply with the
Regulations.
