The Infectious Sickness Rate for London generally was 7'5.
Of the 29 Sanitary Areas situated within the Metropolis, the
lowest rates were those of Stoke Newington (5), Holborn (5), City
of Westminster (5.4), St. Pancras(6), Hampstead (6.3), Lewisham
(6.4), and the highest were Bermondsey (12 2), Southwark (11'2),
and Greenwich (10'7).
163 of the cases notified were removed from their homes to
Isolation Hospitals.
