members of the Committee persons who are not
members of the Council of the Borough or City
which the Local Dispensary serves.
(e) That, wherever practicable, the medical practitioners
in the district served by the Dispensary, or some
of them, should be engaged to act as assistant
Medical Officers to the Dispensary in rotation or
some other agreed method.
