Sanitarily, these 14 Cowhouses are in good condition, and
they have been inspected during 1908, and the drains in each
case tested with the chemical test, and a result obtained in
2 instances, viz., from a broken ventilation pipe and a defective
rain water drain, respectively. A few minor sanitary
defects were found, e.g., defective paving (1) and dirty
premises (4).
