General.
I desire to acknowledge with thanks the good work of my
colleagues, whole-time and part-time, on the staff of the school
medical service; the generous co-operation of the Education
Department; the willing assistance at all times of the teaching
staffs; the help of the school-attendance officers. Our sincere
gratitude is due also to the members of the Central Care SubCommittee
and the District Care Committees, who continue year

value to the children, and to the members of the Education Committee
for their keen interest in the work as a whole.
I am,
Ladies and Gentlemen,
Your obedient servant,
R. P. GARROW,
