INFECTIOUS DISEASE.
(Section F).
The common infections (Diphtheria, Scarlet Fever, Measles,
Whooping Cough, Mumps, Chicken-pox) were of average
incidence and very moderate severity during the year.
DIPHTHERIA IMMUNISATION.
Immunisation against diphtheria has been available for those
requesting it at the School Clinic on Saturday mornings. It has
been decided in 1936 to hold an immunisation session weekly
at the four Maternity and Child Welfare Centres in rotation on
Saturday mornings.
VACCINATION.
The Public Vaccinators inform me that they have performed
vaccination of persons in the Borough during 1935 as follows:
