Note.—The following non-notifiable infectious diseases were also admitted to the Isolation Hospital:—Seven cases found not to be diphtheria, 1 diphtheria
found to be tonsilitis, 1 diphtheria found to be laryngitis and measles, 1 6carlet fever found to be measles, 1 scarlet fever re-admitted, 2 cases found
not to be enteric fever, 8 measles and pneumonia (7 being notified as pneumonia and included above), 1 measles and bronchitis, 22 measles,
1 German measles, 1 chicken pox, 1 whooping cough, 1 mumps, 1 septic throat, 1 conjunctivitis, 1 phlebitis, 2 for observation after teeth extraction,
1 child admitted with mother. The total number of cases admitted to the Joint Hospital not included in above table was 47, making a total of 404.
