During the year the number of deaths from the seven principal Zymotic Diseases, viz.:—
Smallpox, Measles, Diphtheria (including Membranous Croup), Whooping Cough, Fever (including
Enteric or Typhoid, Typhus and Continued Fever) and Diarrhoea, and the death rate from these
diseases were:—
