Report of the Public Analyst appointed for the Parish of St. Mary,
Islington, upon the Articles Analysed by him under the above Act
during the Quarter ending the 30th June, 1888.
TO THE VESTRY OF ST. MARY, ISLINGTON.
Gentlemen,
During the months of May and June, and one week of April,
I have examined 26 samples of Butter, 2 samples of Margarine,
65 samples of Milk, and 33 samples of Pepper. In 13 cases I certified
to adulteration. The result of the prosecution in each of these cases
is duly stated in the Schedule attached hereto.
