Report of the Public Analyst appointed for the Parish of St. Mary,
Islington, upon the Articles Analysed by him under the above
Act during the Quarter ending the 30tli June, 1887.
TO THE VESTRY OF ST. MARY, ISLINGTON.
July 15th, 1887.
Gentlemen,
I have examined, during the past quarter, 28 samples of
Food and Drink.
I certified—
(1) The four samples of Spirit to be of the required strength.
(2) The samples of Beer, Wine, and Lime Juice to contain
nothing injurious; and
(3) The remaining samples to be genuine.
