Report of the Public Analyst appointed for the Parish of St.
Mary, Islington, upon the Articles Analysed by him under the
above Act during the Quarter ending the 31st March, 1887.
TO THE VESTRY OF ST. MARY, ISLINGTON.
April, 1887.
Gentlemen,
During the quarter ending March 31st, I have examined
twenty-eight samples of Food and Drink.
Of the three samples of Beer and Port Wine examined, I
certified them respectively as being free from injurious ingredients.
Of the four samples of Spirit, I found them to be of the standard
required by Act of Parliament.
The remaining 21 samples I certified to be genuine.
