Report of the Public Analyst appointed for the Parish of St. Mary,
Islington, upon the Articles Analysed by him under the above
Act, during the Quarter ending the 31s£ December, 1885.
TO THE VESTRY OF ST. MARY, ISLINGTON.
Gentlemen,
During the quarter ending December 31st, I have
examined 28 articles of food and drink submitted to me by your
Inspectors.
Twenty of these I certified Genuine.
Four samples (viz., one of Pickles, Port Wine, Ale and Porter
respectively), I certified to contain nothing injurious.
Four samples of Spirit I certified to be within the strength
sanctioned by the Act of Parliament.
