Report of the Public Analyst appointed for the Parish of St. Mary.
Islington, upon the Articles analysed by him under the above
Act, during the Quarter ending the 31st March, 1885.
TO THE VESTRY OF ST. MARY, ISLINGTON.
Gentlemen,
During the quarter ending March 31st, I have examined
28 articles of food and drink submitted to me by your Inspectors.
These consisted of 16 articles of grocery, seven of Ale, Wine and
Spirits, and one each of Bread, Flour, Lime Juice, Milk and Confectionery.
The whole of the samples thus submitted to me by your Inspectors
I found to be genuine.
