Committee as to the Re-organisation of the Staff, which the Vestry
practically adopted, except in regard to the higher salaries therein
recommended.
Two reports containing many details upon this important subject,
which were made to the Sanitary Committee by Mr. Collingwood and
myself, will also be found in an appendix attached to the Report of the
Committee.
